COVID19-RELATED GRANTS

In addition to our regular granting, the Trottier Family Foundation also sought to respond proactively to the COVID19 crisis.

Since the beginning of the crisis, many of our partners have been stepping up and responding to increased requests for support from our communities, while at the same time managing reductions in resources (donations, staff, volunteers, etc.) and uncertainties related to funding and finances going forward. In this context, the Foundation opened a COVID19 Emergency Response Fund. This Fund is being rolled out in several stages over the coming months and year. Many of the grants provided in the context of this Fund are flexible: we trust our partners to use them in the way that best supports their mission and the people they serve.

In line with its environmental mission, the Foundation has also supported initiatives advocating for a green and just economic recovery.
